Entrance to the book market and the airplane hall is free.

Definitely! All exhibitors showcase their collections, and visitors are encouraged to buy books or other items on display.

Parking on the Cinquantenaire Park Esplanade is no longer possible except for those with parking cards for people with restricted mobility (they can park before the entrance of the Airplane Hall). Public (paying) parking spaces are to be found all around the Cinquantenaire Park. An overview of the nearest public car parks can be found here.
